Working principle
When material flows onto the drum of this machine, a powerful, stationary magnetic assembly captures tramp metal and holds it securely to the drum’s surface. With contaminants removed, the sorted stream is allowed to fall freely to a discharge point. As the drum rotates, cleats sweep the ferrous debris through and out of the magnetic field while the tramp metal is discharged separately.
